I tend to find principal and interest but no interest. A few years ago there were sites, I seem to not find them anymore, however I'd invest into a program that calculated this for me. XXXX ---------------------------------------------------------- david ingram replies: You can find a J12 rate calculator at http://www.calculators4mortgages.com/ This will figure the interest and principal of a mortgage where the interest is calculated monthly as oppposed to Canadian banks which use a J2 rate where interest is calculated semi-annually not in advance. Just divide the property taxes by 12 and add them to the mortgage.
