My question is: Canadian-specific QUESTION: David, My wife and I purchased a new condo in Kelowna in 2003 that we exclusively rent out for $1200 per month. We pay $125 per month in condo fees and I was wondering if the entire condo fee is tax deductible. I was recently told by a colleague of mine that only a portion of the fee could be written off against the income. Thanks for your help.
