Hi, I am wondering if it's better to buy rental property using personal
funds or through a corporate funds (100% own by me)?
Is there any book or articles that discuss about the pros and cons of these
approaches?

I rarely, if ever, recommend that a person buy property in a corporate name
in either country.
I do not know of any book that discusses these matters but I do a regular
