Hi,
I am a non-resident of Canada, been living abroad for a number of years.
I would like to withdraw money from my Locked in RRSP, its with ETrade in
Toronto. Is it possible under Ontario pension/tax laws?

I thought it was possible as it is in BC and Alberta. I "know" they were
talking about it or going to allow the withdrawal for non-residents but have
been unable to find any reference.
