Born in BC,

QUESTION: I was born in BC but have lived in the USa for all of my life and
both of my parents are americans.  IS there a way for me to have duel
citizenship?

You are definitely an American. You were a Canadian until age 21 at least
and unless you were born before 1956, are still a Canadian. Prior to Feb.
14, 1977, Canada did not allow dual citizenship and individuals were
required to make a choice when turning 21.
The easiest way to find out is to apply for a Canadian passport.  If it is
issued, you are a dual citizen and could return to live in Canada at any
time.
