I saw some replies from you while doing some searches on the internet and was wondering if you can answer a question for me. I am not looking for anything free, its just a question that I have.
I live in the U.S. (Pennsylvania) and married a Canadian last October.
Long story short, things are not working out between us and are looking into
getting divorced or having it annauled.
Question:
Am I considered to be married in the U.S.? I didn't think that I am but she wants me to file. I figured since we got married in Canada, she would have to be the one to file.
Can you please answer this for me? I would really appreciate it.

You are married in both countries, pure and simple. A divorce in either Pennsylvania or the province your wife lives in would also be legal in both countries.
Canada will allow an extremely easy no fault divorce after a one year separation.
If you get hold of a SELF-COUNSEL PRESS Divorce guide with forms you can do it easily yourselves with little cost providing there are no children involved.
