QUESTION:
I am an American born citizen married to a Jamaican man, who has been going
thru the citizenship/immigration process for nearly 2 years. He has a 4 year
old child in Jamaica that we would like to bring to the USA? Is this a
possibility assuming that his mother (who lives in Jamaica) would allow
this?
