QUESTION:
Hi David,
My fiance lives in the US and was recently given the opportunity to work
remotely. I am aware that you can only spend a maximum of 183 days in Canada
as a visitor. So, I was wondering if my fiance could come visit me in Canada
for one week each month and work remotely during his stay in Canada.

performing her duties in Canada, she should be filing a Canadian tax return.
