Hi David, a while ago, you mentioned something about qualifying
for SS and Clinton passing a law that not many people were aware
of. Can you direct me to the specific legislation?

I think you are referring to the fact that On Sept 30, 1996,
Clinton passed a law stating that anyone applying for Social
Security would have to prove that they had been in the USA and
working legally.
Under Section 507 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant
Responsibility Act of 1996 Illegal aliens do NOT qualify for
Social Security after 1996.

This does not apply to US citizens.
