QUESTION: I am a canadian citizen currently on an E2 visa. 5 own 51% of the
shares. The company is operating, but I have been offered a position in
another company in the US. Can I work fo the other company under the E2
visa? Or should I apply for a TN visa? I don't want to loose my investors
visa since the comapny is still operating. Please advise. Thank you

An E2 visa is it. If the other company hires your E2 company to do some
work and you perform the work, that should be okay but if you are talking
about going to work on a 9 to 5 basis, the answer is NO. You can NOT have a
TN and an E2 or an E2 and an H1 at the same time.
