QUESTION:
I am married to a us citizen, I am from canada. I am trying to become a US
resident, but no one seems to know anything about canadians trying to do
this,(I am living in Dalas, Texas so most lawyers are usually dealing with
mexico or foreign countried excluding Canada)I have no proof that I was
inspected at a border crossing, since i did not have a passport stamped( I
didnt know there was a Need) but, I know I went through the border crossing,
answered all questions truthfully and was allowed entry into the US without
any paperwork being done...What can I do..I am becoming desperate to find
someone who can help!!

You should be able to do it on your own. However, if you need help, I
suggest that you use a lawyer who looks after Canadians - I can suggest
three lawyers who are in the USA and can look after you from a distance.
They all live in Washington State and deal with Canadians on a daily basis.
