I have a question and maybe you can help me. I am a Canadian Citizen
(acquired!). I am living in Detroit, Michigan. Can I work in Canada,
Windsor, while I am living in Michigan. I would want to commute daily
from Detroit to Windsor via the Tunnel or Bridge.
Please let me how's its possible. Appreciate any help you can
provide.

As a dual citizen working for Daimler Chrysler, you can be an
exceedingly valuable employee with dual citizenship. You can perform
"any" duty on either side of the border any day you wish with no visa
hassles, etc.
The answer is "YES", you may commute on a daily basis.
You will file a Canadian Tax return first. After having a final
figure for the tax you paid to Canada, convert the tax, EI and CPP
figures you calculated to US dollars and claim them as a foreign tax
credit on US form 1116 which you will attach to your 1040.
If you need help with the return, we already do several from the
Detroit / Windsor area for people doing the same thing.
