My name is CXXXXXXXX. I am an American citizen but
my step father is from the UK. I was wondering if
it's possible for him to adopt me and for me to be
granted dual citizenship. If you have any ideas or
anywhere you could direct me that might have the
answers, it would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and I am 20 years old. Is that too late?

I have no idea although 20 is too old for Canadian purposes.
It is a great idea though and my 17 and 13 year old kids just told me two
days ago that they want their British citizenship.
