I would like to file both Cdn and US returns at the same time. In order to
pay you would you take the monies owed to you from the return if a credit
is due or is payment have to be made up front? I know you charge $300.00 an
hour and I simply can't afford that right now.

It is very rare for us to charge in advance although we do like / expect to
be paid on delivery.
However, if you do not send it for a month or two, I am not going to have a
heart attack.
We do NOT cash refunds except under very rare circumstances. Have not done
so for two years at least. If you really want the refund sent to us, we can
do that but would prefer not to do so.
If you need the returns done, send them, we will prepare them and you can
pay us $50 a month or something.
However, I would ask that you get them to us as early as possible. Do not
send them on April 13th and ask for special service for billing, etc...
We actually officially charge $350.00 Cdn per hour for two country
situations and $300 per hour if only one country is involved. However,
since we do not usually have to look something up or do research, usually,
there is no look up or research (maybe one out of 30 or 40) charges whereas,
I see major lookup and research charges from other organizations which do
not specialize on the dual country tax returns.
