Manulife ONE is the most innovative mortgage product I have seen in my 41

Manulife ONE is a floating HELOC (Home Owners Line of Credit) at prime plus
ZERO. It doesn't get any better. In addition, they pay about 1/4% more
interest than the ING Bank and offer a Debit Card and Visa Mastercard

outstanding balance at the end of the month would be paid out of your HELOC.
