use as in programs in Canada for accounting.A friend of
mine in Russia wants to come here.And she would like to
know before she comes here what they use in Canada.She
is an accountant there already.She asked me if they use
one called 1C international programs of accounts.Have
you heard of this and can you tell me what they are

I have never heard of the program you have mentioned.
Usually accountants here use ACC PAC if really serious
or Simply Accounting for smaller businesses.
