My question is: Applicable to both US and Canada
QUESTION: I am an americcan (U.S.) citizen. I would like to buy income
properties in Canada as investment. Can a canadian bank finance my
investment or How can I go about to find fund for financing. I am also not a
resident in Canada.

Of course a Canadian Bank will finance you if you have a 35% down payment
and a great credit rating. With some creative financing, you can likely get
buy with less down but 35% will just about always get you financed.
You need a good mortgage broker in Canada.
