Seems that the reference to the Nov 2001 Centa article related to being able to deduct interest in your mortgage payments is no longer there. Any way to get at the article?

I found it under newsletters in the top left box on page one at www.centa.com

If you are resident in the US and have RRSP's, you have to report them and any other Foreign accounts (Canadian accounts are foreign) on form TD F-90.22. Failure to file these has a possible penalty of up to $500,000 plus 5 years in jail.
Then you have to repor the internal earning under REV-PROC 2002-23. There is also a newer bulletin but REV-Proc 2002-23 gives all the necessary information. And, there is supposed to be a new form but it had has not been issued yet.
