I am a Canadian citizen working in California on a TN Visa. I came here in
October 2003. Can you help me file my taxes in Canada and the US. How much
will it cost? My girlfiend had or first child on March 15, 2004. Can you

My charge for California the US 1040 and the Departing Canada returns is
usually $700 to $1,400 Canadian - rarely less and rarely over.
You need to file a departing Canadian return and we have to account for any
RRSP's or mutual funds and other assets you had when you left.
Usually a T1161 has to be filed and it is already late. the penalty for a
late T1161 is $25.00 a day to a maximum of $2,500.

If you need a T1161, you will likely need a T1243
