Hi David,
I have seen some of your answers to questions pertaining to Candian/US
immigration and property law on the web and was wondering if you could help
me?
I currently live in the US on an H1B and my fiancee lives here too, but is
on a TN. His company has promised to begin working on an H1B or him this
year and I understand that we shouldn't get married before he has the H1B
status? We would also like to buy a condo, can we do this on the H1B
status and still have our companies apply for green card status for us with
no problems? And one last question, is there any other way to get a green
card besides having family that live here to petition for us, or having a
company sponsor us? There must be something easier?

You can buy a condo with no problem.
You can just get in line for a green card. I think the waiting list is fifteen years at the moment. EA with your employer is the quickest.
