My question is: Canadian-specific
QUESTION: I was wondering how can one find out if the T664 form
from 1994/95 was filed. I am unable to contact the accountant I
had used then to ask him?

You can go directly to the CCRA (Canadian Customs and Revenue
Agencies) where ever you live. In the Greater Vancouver Area, I
suggest that you go to the 9755 King George Highway branch (with
identification) or preferably to the one at 1166 West Pender.
Why do I say to go downtown? While you are downtown, you have a
chance to stop in at the Simon Patrick Art Gallery at 2329
Granville Street and see New Zealander Dene Croft's wonderful Art
Work. (I love the one I have reproduced very poorly below - the
colour is much more vivid).
If you like Art, do yourself a favour and stop in. When I took
off an hour to go down last week, I ran into one of his
collectors who had flown in from San Diego. My wife loves her
Dene Croft on the living room wall and I do too.
The Gallery will be open on Friday and Saturday from 10 to 5,
Sunday from Noon to 5 PM and again all day Tuesday.

PS: Throwing this into this tax question was a whimsical
touch on my part. Neither Dene Croft nor the Gallery have any
