Hi there,
Am I eligible for dual citizenship? My Grandmother is Canadian, married my Grandpa who is an American. All of her 6 children were born in the states.
My Grandpa died when my mother was 2 and Grandma moved all of her children back to Canada. If I am eligible, what do I have to do? I was born in 1983. SXXXXX

With your birthdate, your mother had to live in the United States for FIVE years before you were born. In addition, mother had to have lived in the United states for two years out of the five AFTER she turned 14.
In other words, if she lived in the US for 14 years and left when she was fourteen, you would NOT be a US citizen.
However, if she moved there when she was twelve and lived there for five years, you would be a US citizen.
Sory I do not have a better answer. I think this was your third attempt at getting a reply and I have not answered the others. You deserve the citizenship for being persistent.
